Every decedent’s estate is unique and, therefore, the expected time and work involved by our office varies based on those particularities. Our fee quote is based on the amount of work anticipated after reviewing a set of basic information about the decedent and their estate so that a firm flat fee quote can be provided. Please note the fees quoted above are based on the minimum amount of complexity, (e.g., number of beneficiaries, complexity of assets, creditor claims, filing requirement, etc.)*Legal fees do not include costs of the probate administration (i.e. court filing fees, publication costs, recording costs, postage, certified copies, etc.). A cost deposit will be requested at the outset of the probate representation to cover all anticipated costs and will be deposited into our trust account. The cost deposit funds are used to pay the ongoing costs of the probate administration as they are incurred. At the conclusion of probate, an accounting is provided to the client along with a request for payment of any hard costs that exceed the cost deposit funds, or a check payable to the client refunding any remaining unused funds in the trust account.
